Waterproof Rainwear
From the farm to the city.
Trust Swanndri's fully waterproof and breathable protection to keep you dry and moving.
All our waterproof jackets are fully seam sealed for complete waterproof protection, yet breathable to keep you comfortable during any activity. Seam sealing is the key - without it, water can seep through stitching. With our range of waterproof jackets, you get reliable dryness and breathable comfort, wherever your adventures take you.
Waterproof And Breathable
Our rainwear is both waterproof and breathable thanks to advanced technology. Waterproof layers and DWR (durable water repellency) finishes block rain from getting in, while microscopic pores or membranes allow sweat vapour to escape. This means you stay dry from the outside and comfortable on the inside - even during active outdoor use.

Tough By Design
We choose durable outer fabrics for our rainwear, which means you can count on your jacket to handle rough weather, everyday wear and tear, and whatever your day throws at you. Your rainwear will last longer, keep you dry, and stay looking good—so you can focus on what matters, rain or shine.
What Are The Key Differences Between A 2 Layer Jacket And A 2.5 Layer Jacket?

Durability
A 2 Layer Jacket Is Constructed With:
This is the visible, durable fabric (often nylon or polyester) that provides abrasion resistance and is usually treated with a water-repellent finish.
Waterproof/Breathable Membrane:
Bonded to the inside of the outer fabric, this membrane keeps water out while allowing sweat vapour to escape.
Lining:
In a 2 layer jacket, a separate loose lining (often mesh or lightweight fabric) is added inside to protect the membrane and improve comfort against the skin
A 2.5 Layer Jacket Is Constructed With:
Durable, water-repellent fabric.
Waterproof/Breathable Membrane:
Bonded directly to the outer fabric.
Half Layer (".5" Layer):
Instead of a full lining, a very thin protective coating or print is applied to the inside of the membrane.
This "half layer" shields the membrane from abrasion and skin oils but keeps the jacket lightweight and packable.
