Returns & Exchanges Policy

Every Swanndri garment reflects our total commitment to quality. If you are not completely satisfied with any product from our main collection, we will gladly refund your order or help exchange your item for another size or colour of the same style. To accept a garment back for an exchange/refund it needs to be returned in the same condition it was delivered in with the tags attached.

  • Underwear returns are not accepted.
  • Items purchased from our outlet section are considered final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange, unless deemed faulty by our customer service team.
  • Returns and exchanges need to be processed within 30 business days of purchase and will be processed within 8-10 working days from receipt of the item at our warehouse.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges can only be made for a different size or colour of the same style purchased. If you wish to change style, then we will refund your original purchase so you can proceed to purchase the new style.

 

How to return or exchange an item

If you wish to return your purchase or exchange an item, follow these steps and we will take care of the rest:

  1. For items purchased online, start your return here.
  2. You will receive an email with instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Please return the item using tracked mail, we cannot be responsible for untracked mail that may go missing.  Postage costs for returned items are your responsibility unless we deem the item faulty in which case we will issue a prepaid return label.  Your exchanged item will be dispatched to you free of charge.
  4. For items purchased in one of our stores or from a stockist, please return your item to the same store or stockist.
  5. We are unable to accept in person returns at our head office address.

 

Faulty Goods

If you receive a product that you believe has a manufacturing defect, click here to begin the return process.

Once the item has been confirmed as faulty by our Customer Services team we will issue a refund for your postage and refund, replace or repair your item.

For international orders, we will reimburse freight costs once the item has been evaluated and deemed defective. Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

 

Returning A Dog Coat

Dog coats will not be processed if they are not cleaned. This means that you will need to remove any animal fur that attaches itself to the inside of the dog coat while trying it on.
