Gift Cards: Terms & Conditions

Overview

Swanndri gift cards are available as either physical or digital cards and can be used to purchase products online at swanndri.co.nz or in Swanndri retail stores in New Zealand.

Issuance & Redemption

• Gift cards are issued in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are redeemable only within New Zealand and at Swanndri.co.nz. Swanndri Gift cards are not able to be redeemed on orders shipped outside of New Zealand.
• Digital gift cards are delivered via email within 24 hours of purchase or on a scheduled future date.
• Gift cards (physical and digital) are partially redeemable. Any unused balance can be used on future purchases until the card expires.

Validity & Expiry

• Gift cards are valid for three years from the date of issue.
• Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be forfeited and is not refundable.

Conditions of Use

• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
• No change will be given for purchases made using a gift card.
• If your order total exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
• Gift cards cannot be used for online purchases paid via Afterpay, PayPal, or Apple Pay.

Lost or Stolen Cards

• Please treat gift cards as cash. Swanndri is not responsible for lost or stolen cards and cannot replace or refund them.
