Online Order Dispatch Information

Online orders are processed Monday to Friday and we aim to have your orders dispatched within 2 - 3 working days. When your goods are dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email notifying you that your purchase is on its way. This email will also contain a tracking number.

Due to higher than usual order volumes, there may be an additional 48-hour delay in despatching your order.



Delivery Details for Australia

All orders over $100 are delivered FREE. Orders under $100 will attract a $10 delivery fee.

Delivery costs are applied to the order prior to the order being submitted, and the costs are in AUD.

Your order may be shipped from NZ or AU depending on stock availability. We use DHL express (Via Shippit) from New Zealand, and Australia Post from Australia. You will receive tracking emails from either or both of these services to enable you to track your order. We aim to deliver your parcel as quickly as possible, usually within 4 - 8 working days*.

* For orders being sent to PO Boxes or rural addresses, these can take an extra 3 - 5 working days to arrive.

Orders cannot be amended once payment has been made.
