All orders for NZ delivery over $100 are FREE. NZ orders under $100 will attract a $7.99 delivery fee.

All orders over $100 are delivered FREE. Orders under $100 will attract a $10 delivery fee.
Delivery costs are applied to the order prior to the order being submitted. Costs are in AUD.

We use DHL Express to dispatch all international orders.
Orders < NZ$149 - delivery fee will be NZ$60
Orders > NZ$150 - delivery fee will be NZ$50

Every Swanndri garment reflects our total commitment to quality. If you are not completely satisfied with any product, we will gladly refund your order or help exchange your item for another size or colour of the same style. To accept a garment back for an exchange/refund it needs to be returned in the same condition it was delivered in with the tags attached. Underwear returns are not accepted. Please note we don't allow exchanges or returns on items purchased from our outlet section unless the item is deemed faulty by our CS team. Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in Swanndri stores.
Returns and exchanges need to be processed within 30 business days of purchase.
