We offer returns and exchanges for 30 days after the date of purchase. We do not accept returns for Underwear & Outlet items.

Items must be returned to us in their original condition, unworn with all tags attached.

Complete the returns card enclosed with your order and post back to us at the address on the card.

We do not accept online returns at our retail stores or our offices.

Return postage is at your expense, we recommend sending via tracked courier.

Of course if your item is faulty, your statutory rights under the consumer guarantees act applies and we will repair, refund or replace your item.
